There is value in the Lesson

When I knew I wasn't where I wanted to be or with who I wanted to be with it, it was hard for me to see value in what I deemed as a mistake or what I seen as being disobedient to God. I didn't want to feel regret but I wasn't proud either. Have you ever been in a place where you knew it was time to let go, but mentally you are still holding on to the past. Playing over and over different situations or events in your head. Meditating on all the things you allowed or the boundaries you didn't set.

Well, one thing I knew, I had to address and assess my mistakes. But what I don't want you to do is make the same mistake I did by meditating in condemnation. I didn't know I was doing this until it was prophetically shown to me. God has clever ways of showing you who you are or where you are. Condemnation will hinder you from moving on, from moving forward or from pursuing what is next. You may not even realize you are being hard on yourself. You may not even realize you are criticizing yourself way too much. You took the first step by moving on but you are mentally tormenting yourself with the could of, should of, or would of. I think self reflection is needed but too much criticism may be dangerous. It wasn't until I seen value in myself that I was able to recognize the value in the lesson God was teaching me.

This was after I let go of condemnation. So I write this because maybe there is someone who has physically moved on but is mentally still pondering on there mistakes. I want to encourage you to not be so hard on yourself and seek the value in the lesson, so you can move on mentally as well.

So RECOGNIZE your mistakes, ACCEPT where you are, MOVE forward to your next chapter, all while believing everything you went through had value. I always say experience makes the best teacher. I don't know about anyone else but I learn by doing. So I understand I have to make mistakes in order to know what not to do and so do you. Be nice to yourself ;)

I love finances but I love growth much more. I'm sure my purpose in life is to help other mothers see their worth, gain clarity, and most importantly build wealth. I'm proud to share this new journey with many.
